Large populations of the world has no access to medical testing and healthcare. One reason is phlebotomy blood draw with a needle and syringe which is invasive, expensive and typically available in developed parts of the world.

Actionable Dried Blood Spot (ADBS) cards will facilitate equitable and broad distribution of testing for health and disease. ADBS test results exceed FDA's standards for clinical analytical quality.
Equivalency to phlebotomy
Results of Thor's Hammer enabled ADBS tests and standard phlebotomy blood draw are equivalent, thanks to special embedded collection matrix in the ADBS. We will soon introduce ADBS testing kits for remote sampling.
Benefit - Sample stability
Enzymatic activity stops and microbes/viruses are inactivated when blood is dry. Target analyte remains stable. ADBS is safe to mail in an envelope by ordinary mail across state, federal and national borders.
Benefit - Affordability
ADBS cards may be sent from any location to a central testing lab. In contrast, liquid blood samples must be shipped frozen in dry ice, overnight. Some states and countries have prohibitory regulations.
Benefit - Long shelf life
ADBS is stored in a cabinet drawer at room temperature for more than a year. Regular blood must be kept frozen and has only weeks of shelf life.
